    Hi,
I am having troubles booting past the windows logo. It remains blank and does not go any further.
I have tried disabling some programs from starting up but still it does not boot up.

    It is Windows XP Sp2.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks

Try tapping the F8 key (I think) and then selecting Last Known Good Configuration.
