Tennis - blinded by the sun

Have been playing alot of tennis recently and today seemed like an ideal day for it but the low winter sun was blinding. Can anyone recommend a remedy for this - sunglasses would just fall off. Is there anything purpose-made for this?

Get proper sunglasses for sport/tennis. Ones that wrap around slightly thus reducing the chances of them falling off, otherwise a peaked cap of some kind.

Your trendy normal sunglasses may fall off, but invest in a decent pair of sports ones and they'll do you all year round.

yeah id recommend the sports sunglasses, works for me, the problem with
caps is the don't suit everyone they can restrict your vision--- how pro's
like Roddick play with caps on is a mystery to me .. maybe he could be number 1 if he didn't wear it..

I'm afraid there aren't too many indoor courts in those areas, if you're a bloke you could try joining Fitzwilliam Lawn tennis club in Dublin 6, they have indoor facilities and are well equipped.
