Spanish channels on Sky Plus

I've got TVE but am trying to add Spanish channels to my Sky Plus box. I've manually entered channels I found listed on websites but the Sky box can't find them. Is this a Sky Box or a dish problem. Any help appreciated.

1) The Sky+ only records EPG stations.
2) TVEi is a pay channel on sky, free elsewhere.
3) You can receive about 31 satellite positions in Irleand. Many have spanish Free to Air.
4) You can't receive a different satellite without the dish being moved.
5) Any sky box is unsuitable for non-Sky platform
