I have been shortlisted for the above position with a local V.E.C. and I would dearly love to succeed. However despite holding a B.A. , H.Dip in Ed. and T.E.F.L. I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to how I could bridge this gap?. Or any other interview tips would be gratefuly recieved! Thanks, Alan
