    Just finishing an extension and have wired the place with cat5 cable.

    I have 4 wires at the router and 4 sockets in 4 different rooms.

    So,
    what tools do I need to complete the wiring of this cat5 cable
    (at sockets & at router)
    what "connectors" do I need - RJ45 ?
    where to buy these tools - ebay ? how much?

    Any advice /webistes ref doing this work,

    Yeah, you will need RJ45 connectors, which will probably come in packs of 10 or more and a crimping tool, they normally come as RJ11 (your normal telephone connectors) and RJ45 combined. Any computer shop will have them for around 20 eurons.
