Here is a link showing a grading. What do you think of it?

Thats crazy sh1t to be honest. I don't mind kids working the clinch and learning knees etc, as long as they have sufficient padding.
What annoys me is the hollering parents/students on the side. While one kids confidence may get a boost out of it, the other kid may feel dejected, and no one kid should be more important than the other.
The training looks fine, the environment isn't. Typical American 'kill em all' attitude

I've read a little on child pyschology and what makes them tick. You'd be amazed at the slightest things a kid will take into their minds which will begin the outward workings of a dejected unconfident adult.

Im open to suggestion as its only my opinion.:)

    I agree with Jon,
No children's environment should be that.... that.... awful. I think you're wrong in one way Jon, its not typical American, its typical everywhere where the child is put second. Does anyone in that vid think of the other kid I wonder?

I really ought to put up a vid of my kids training one of these days.

Which one Roper? The red kid seems quite happy to land some knees and the black one manages to ignore his shrieking harpy mother and land some good right hands and shows good footwork.

Oh wait, do you mean like, feelings, and such?

You're right Barry. Stick up a clip if you have one.

    Audio.

Here's a transcipt of what the woman closest to the mic (or at least the loudest says):

    "Yeah, oh yeah Bob
    Rock n' roll Bob
    Yeahwooo...Bob, Bob, Bob, Bob
    ...
    Getim' Bob,
That's right Bob, gettim', oh yeah
Gettim, gettim Bobby - oh yeah!"

I can provide a Fourier analysis for a small fee if you'd prefer. Apologies if you're the lady in question, but that's life.
