American Kempo bo staff forms

    I was just wondering if anyone knew the name of the first american kempo bo staff form as i can't remember it. I think the second one was something like Warrior but i'm not sure. Basically i just started learning the bo staff when i was in a club in Dublin last year but i moved to Cork and theres no club near and i really want to keep doing it so i don't forget it but its hard to look up when you don't know the name!. Also are there any websites with these forms shown? American Kempo information (detailed) is really hard to find on the net?!)

    I never knew there was more than one bo form, I just thought there was the staff form for the 2nd Brown. Maybe my school just doesn't teach it. Sorry I'm no help with the names, again my school doesn't teach them.

    Ask the guys on the forum there about it, they'll more than likely know, plus theres an archive section on the site with nearly all the forms and sets on it. The Bo form is very confusing to learn off it though.

    Thanks i'll have a look through the site but from its first appearences it looks like one of those site thats not so easy to find your way through. I'm sure its just first appearances. As for learning forms from site i usally think this is hard if not impossible to do but bo staff forms when writen down to me seem like there writen in a CIA secret code!! Can't beat one to one training. Anyway thanks again. :)
