SnG's Dublin

    Hi,

Do any of the card clubs around Dublin regularly host €20 - €50 SnG's? I would really like to play more live but I wouldn't really have the bankroll to be playin cash games or high buy-in tournies. As i usually have to work late in the evenings i rarely make registration for the lower buy-ins tournies, so if some place was running regular SnG's it'd be great to know.

    Thanks for your help.

Not that I know of anyhow, apart from single table satellites to bigger tournaments. I'm sure some do happen occasionally, I have seen them in the Fitz, but it is definitely not a regular, organised thing.

you can organise them yourself and call up any card room.

    Cheers for that,

Don't really want to orangise it myself though as the reason I want to get out playing live is cause i'm sick of playing with the same crowd at home games!

I saw in the post about the new card room in Limerick that they seem to have SnG's running regularly, and was just wondering if the same happened anywhere around here.

Looks like I'll have to make a bigger effort to make the MTT's so.

    Thanks

alot of the pub type games run SnGs for players that have busted out.
these players are normally semi-tilting and sub par skill, a 9 seater can be quite easy to take down,
but i dont really like playing in pub games. but they have their uses.
