    Hi Guys,

    Can anyone suggest a method for being able to edit an excel spreadsheet online. I dont need to do anythign fancy just keep track of a few things. I know you could do this in a way with Sharepoint and Frontpage at one point but looking for someone with experience actually doing this.

    If you save the Excel Spreadsheet up to a SharePoint document library, then you can edit it directly from that library. You can be set as the only user who can modify the document, and other can read it.

    The alternative is, if you have a fairly simple layout of a spreadsheet, for example:
    Col1 Co2 Col3
    ===========================
    Data1 Data2 Data3
    Data1 Data2 Data3
    Data1 Data2 Data3

    Then this can be easily imported into SharePoint and provide an online SharePoint List that you can edit with out the need for an Office Client like Excel
