Help! Converting from .xlsx back to .xls - Office 12 beta

I had office 12 beta installed for a while but soon got rid of it. However in that time I have one document that I saved in .xlsx which I now need urgently but I cannot open it. Does anyone know if I can convert back at all? Has anyone got it still installed and would they do me a favour and do it for me? Thanks
