A question for Tribeca micro-stakes multi-tablers

I've been doing my research on how I'm going to kick off my online Stunt-Challenge 2007™ (whereby I attempt to amuse myself by turning $500 into $12,000 in a year i.e. get rolled for 3/6)

my plan is straight out of the "how to build an online bankroll" manual i.e. 20 buy-ins at one level, double that, move up, blah blah yawn.

My specific question is this: 3-tabling .10/.25 (level 1) 6-max for say 10 hours a week, how long do you think it would take to accumulate 100,000 action points and hence clear a 1,000 bonus?
Seems silly to pass up this bonus, I just want to be sure that I can do it within 2 months which is when it would expire.

    500

Sit straight into a $5/$10 PLO 6 max and wait to be paid off with the nuts.

I need a few tutorials in Bankroll Management.

When I attempted the challenge, I did the 150 bonus on GJP to be safe. That was 20k action points that I cleared in about 10 days, probably 40 hours total, mostly single or 2-tabling 0.25/0.50.

BCB, you sound like the evil little voice in my head that tells me to keep doubling on black....the whole idea is to achieve some discipline

ty Ian, gives me an idea of what rate is realistic

(wtf do you mean 'to be safe' btw - were you wearing protection at all times?)

I never really took notice of my action points on other sites and the 500 bonus was 75000(edit) points. I wasn't sure if I'd amass enough points at the micros to clear that bonus in a month.

Did the GJP one 75k points in 30 days. Played alot of Omaha Hi low (.50/1)during the time which helped alot I think with the split pots contributing too the rake but not losing at the same time. Found this rattle them off. Played .50/1 and a bit of 1/2 PL HE to finish it off. Took about 25 days. By the end of the 30 days had about 10k action points on top aswell.

P.S. What site are you getting 1k bonus in 2mths on?

    125000 action points!

I think I get about 5k action points for 3 hours 4 tabling 51. Thats really off the top of my head - not certain of the rate at all. I do know that I have a friend that plays 1 table at a time but is the loosest guy alive and seems to clear at the same rate playing 1 or 2 tables.

If you have a neteller ac I would just use that for your bankroll managment and do one small bonus after another. There are loads of tribeca skins out there.

2 Tabling .5/1 will clear about 1,000 action points per hour approx. Dont think you'll make it at that level but i could be wrong.

VC and its skins. Racing Post Poker is 1.

But hold your horses, I've just found this bonus which may be the best yet.

There are no rules as to what stakes you must play or timeline to complete - spend as much or as little as you want to. All you need to do, is meet a requirement of only 125 action points for each bonus dollar.
Looks like there is no deadline to complete and you can deposit any amount $300+ and it has the same 125pts/$ clearance rate. If this is true it is great.

that looks seriously good, wonder how reputable they are - I'm more comfortable with a backer with an established brand name??

Looking at the web page it looks like VC is the cage for them - ie. VC actually hold the money so I would imagine that if redroom went busto the worst that would happen is that you'd lose the action points towards the bonus (which I assume is redrooms domain as the bonus is different from what VC offer). You could log and ask a manager to verify who holds the money and what happens if redroom disappears.

I'm not sure if Redroom is still an operational skin - some of their pages seem out of date, e.g., advertising July06 qualifiers for the WSOP2006 on their tourney page.
