I'm come across the advertisments for it but have never seen it.

Judging by the website it sounds like a waste of money.

there's no easy way to lose weight

there's no easy way to gain muscle

there's no easy way to learn BJJ/Thai/Judo etc

    there's no magic beans

the destination is the journey :)

I think it's beneficial, because it provides a great way of viewing your training.

Each session you set goals and work on them, and it provides a system of analysing your sessions/matches so you can improve on them.

Some people do this naturally and develop, others with the aid of a coach/training tool. I don't think having this attitude towards development detracts from enjoying your training.

Don't go near it. I bought it two yearsd ago when it was released and it's bull****. You get a dvd of techniques ( not bad ) a motivational CD ( i listened to it one night going to bed and dreamt I was fighting gorillas with samurai's? ) and a workbook.
Really well hyped, but disapointing. If you want the CD / workbook you can have it, I still have them. The DVD mysteriously disappeared in NG Loughlinstown.

May take you up on that mirwillbeback, cheers for the offer! Could you tell me more about the workbook? Was thinking of knocking one together for myself anyway (thats how i stumbled across the site), i had a few ideas but not really sure how to structure it to get the best results.

JK, if you want some DVD's or CD's that will give you some EVEN BETTER dreams give me a shout. The internet is a glorious thing.

Roo, I can't remember the workbook stuff, but I'll root it out over the weekend and find out for you. If you want to PM your address, I can post them onto you.

    I can't post any of the dvd's / cd's mentioned above - I'd be arrested.
