Habbo Hotel

Does anyone else play on Habbo Hotel, specifically the UK one. My two kids have been playing on this for a couple of years now. It appears harmless fun but I think there are a couple of scangers behind it running premium number scams and sms scams.

Briefly my experience was that they had a scam on a premium number where they ripped us right off. I contacted Regtel and the phone company operating the service here in Ireland. They were sound and investigated the issue, found that the premium number was illegally set up and I got my money back.

However they have a number set up again and of course the kids want to get credits so I have made them do it by SMS. However, the site says that you get 15 credits per message and they only got 10. Is this a case of here we go again with the scams?

Does anyone else have any experience of this?

I started habbo when i was 7. If you think they are scamming you contact them instead of your phone company. They probably made a mistake or something duno never happened to me before.
