Another great Tesco Beer Deal!

Just saw a great deal in Tescos this evening!

Mix 'n Match any two cases of:

20 x 330mls bottles Rolling Rock
20 x 330mls bottles Labatts
20 x 275mls bottles Becks
24 x 330mls bottles Warsteiner!

for 30 Euros!

that's just €1.90/litre for the Warsteiner

The inlaws are coming to stay for 4 weeks over the Christmas:mad: guess who's going to stay pissed!:D

Saw this in Tescos earlier but didn't see the Warsteiner. Nice, will be picking up a couple of crates of this. Should do me for a good while.

labatts here i come!, any mention of specials on cans of guinness, heino etc, supervalu were sold out again tonight when i went to get some cases of guinness (approx €26 per case)

Got 2 Warsteiner tonight. Guy in front of me had 8 crates of beer in his trolley! Savage offer.

all that beer is p1ss, why not wait for the 20% off deals? xmas means bulk buying. isnt even great value. rolling rock is usually a euro a bottle most places anyway

I think most people here are looking at the Warsteiner which can hardly be considered as "piss." Agree with you on the others though.

with the offer you'd be getting 20 Rolling Rock X2 = 40 bottles for €30 making it only 75 cent a bottle and thats very good as far as i'm concerned for a decent beer.

I'll be getting some of the Rolling Rock and Labatts Ice anyway, they're both lovely beers. I've never had Warsteiner and I don't really like the taste of Becks. None of that beer is piss. Heineken is piss, and expensive at that.

Don't worry they will re-stock! Maybe someone else can confirm this but I think that it said the offer runs till 27th Jan!

Didn't realise that offer was still going. I spotted it last Sunday, and bought 2 cases of Warsteiner. Tempted to buy more!

Anyone know when these offers end?

Next week LIDL are selling 50cl cans of BECKs for €1.34 = €2.68 per litre.
And no trip to the bottle bank

Went in to Tesco's Ballybrack today and they had everything except Warsteiner which is what I wanted. I'd be more than happy to drink Becks but you get the least beer for your money out of any of the beers there.

I prefer bottles though. Cans just don't taste the same.

I fully agree but why can't we put bottles in the green bins anyway? It doesn't make sense.

I wonder how many people still put their bottles into the black bin because (1) they couldn't be bothered, (2) they havn't got a car or (3) there is no convienient bottle bank near them.
