    Hi,

I have a very old mp3 player which will only play mp3's and not WMA's. How can I convert wma's to mp3's without paying for software? Thanks!

Itunes is d easiest way to convert them. Simply select mp3 format for converting files in preferences and import your music to itunes. The only problem is it refuses to convert protected wma files. You could burn an audio cd and den rip it again to put in mp3 format.

JetAudio is also quite good at converting music and video files between formats and it's also pretty good as a default media player (i.e.: replacement for Windows Media Player or WinAmp, etc.) to boot.

You can get the 'basic' version of it at http://www.cowonamerica.com/download/

dBpowerAMP is a good conversion tool, works with many formats and has a free trial.
