How long do they usually take to respond to email enquiries?
I'm waiting almost 48 hours now.

How is the actual order process of a UBOX item conducted?
    Is everything done over email?

    Cheers,
    j.

It's rarely more than 48 hours in my experience. What address did you email?

The ordering is done via email with a secure webpage for your credit card details.

Got this reply from them overnight with details about the guitar I'm interested in...
    Some tiny scratches are found.
    Some tiny dents are found.
Any serious damages are not found.
    Neck and fret look OK.

Any ideas how tiny is their tiny?
    Looks good in the pictures?

    Cheers.

Well, my strat had this description:
Some tiny scratches might be found if you look at the body so carefully.
Some tiny dents might be found if you look at the body so carefully.
Any major scratches are not found.
Any serious damages are not found.
    Neck seems fine.
    Fret also seems OK.

And it's in perfect condition so you can expect your's to have been played if you know what I mean.

Looks good to me, it's got moderate wear by the sound of it, but nothing that's a deal-breaker IMO.

That guitar is going to cost you about E675 before tax and E840 odd after tax.

You can get a new american strat for a little over E900 on thomann.
