Course ya would, but only if they had plenty of footage of the Dustin lad, he was a legend when he first came on ! Anybody remember their trip to Legoland? Dustin at his best :D

Wasn't Mary Robinson (as President) interviewed on the Den?

yes, I have their Zogabonds (or whatever it was called) tape upstairs, and I have their Christmas rap tape lying about somewhere

I'd buy their DVD if it was a good one. Gathering all the best bits of the Den (especially the bits with Podge), maybe a small bit of 2 Phat and Big Breakfast stuff, all their music videos and their movie for a decent price.

Did they have two albums? I have a really bad quality tape transfer of Nevermind the Zogabongs on mp3. Wikipedia doesn't seem to say if they had another album.. i seem to remember some singles coming out after they got on the Big Breakfast.

Not sure if I'd buy it. not as obviously naff as Bosco or as outragous as Podge & Rodge. I have the "Nothing to do with toast" video already. I'll look at them through rose tinted specs for now thanks!

Tried to watch my 'Nothing to do With Toast' Video today but it gotten eaten by the machine, its almost 20 years old! If anyonehas a spare copy or, even better, has put theirs onto DVD please give me a shout!

The international joke, the cinderella story with sharkey the prince, the rude noise- best video ever!

And Mary Robinson was interviewed by Zig and Zag, it was her first interview as president, and she did it because her son asked her to.

I'm not sure how many albums they had, probably just the one, I meant I also had their single, the Chrsitmas rap, I can't find it anywhere tho, I'd love to listen to it again

they'd have to include their 1990 World Cup football punditry (Eamonn Grumpy and Johnny Styles I think) with their drawing on the screen and fighting with each other.

That was a brilliant start to the summer.

I saw a video of that and thought it was brilliant.

I also remember reading somewhere that, Dunphy threw a hissy fit, and almost refused to go on (the World Cup coverage ) which followed them.

    The sensitive little flower:)

    Johnny Styles
    Amoan Grumpy
    Bill O'Hurling

it was in the pre floodlights era in Landsdowne Road so the matches used be on in the afternoon so the match coverage was on right after the Den. Classic TV.
They also made an Xmas special - French Connection 3. The one where they went to visit Santa and podge had kidnapped him. Podge was originally their postman at 10 Celebrity Square?
Other hightlight was the 5.50pm slot on a Friday with the Rotten Apple club live from New York with Mr. Comedy...

Yes definately BUT I would love "The Den is Ten" episode 1996 on dvd that they did because it was amazing. Found it on vhs the other night after I had recorded it but it's so old only the sound plays...sooo upset!

i would definitely buy. i wish they would bring them back because the den these days is crap. Kids dont even watch it between cartoons. You watched the den cause it was funny and you were not sure wht would happen next.

There was story to it which they do not have not.

Why did RTE cut the den to such crap?
