    Hello gamers im new to the xbox forum... im trying to go live using my broadband connection which is not wireless. When i connect my ethernet cable to the modem and xbox 1. the modem light for ethernet cable to xbox does not come on. 2. when i try connect obviously no connection the xbox live, but it says network adapter is not on.? is there a setting for this on the xbox?...any similar experiences?

    Ive one more question for you guys, (thanks for reading his far!) im changing my laptop and have ordered the wireless router with the laptop mainly so i can use it go gaming. Now i understand i will need a wireless network adapter for the xbox, would be grateful on which adapter to choose which will be machine compatible... thanks for reading any help much appreciated...

    btw how do you put your gamertag for your sig?screen shot? photoshop job?
