Stuck on a puzzle

    I have a sheet of puzzles and I'm stuck on 1. I'll give a few examples so you get the idea.

    now the one I'm stuck on

    I don't know if the placement (at the bottom) is important or not.
    Looking at it, its the letters in reverse alphabetical order from h to o (maybe a reference to H20??)
    Any help appreciated.

    I'd say H2O is right, not sure why it's backwards, maybe some specific type?

    could be backwater I guess, as in a dump of a place but it seems a lot more cryptic than all the rest.
