Complaint - Need to Email Creative

    Does anyone know of an email address for complaints for Creative? I need to email them today if possible. I searched there site but all I found was sections like Customer Support, Careers etc... I emailed them using the customer support regarding the complaint, but it forced me to pick a topic/email title from a dropdown box, where none of them related to the complaint in question.

    for anyone thats interested!!

    I went to buy this product for my Creative Zen Vision M -> Universal Charger

    It clearly stated on both the box (and here) and the instructions that it works for The vision M, there was no way of connecting this device to the Vision:M. I brought it back to Xtra Vision were I bought it ( :mad: travelled a long way to get it) and got a refund.

    Its annoying the fact no charger came with the player, let alone to advertise a product that was not so universal.

    Is there not a place on the sub-pack/dongle/adapter thing that comes with the vision:M for plugging in the universal charger?

    I never thought of that dongle thing! Jaysus!! However its still a bit awkward that I need to carry that around to charge the device. It also doesnt state that either descriptively or graphically in the intructions.

    Id call the staff in Xtra Vision a bunch of muppets only I didnt spot it myself! :p
