i am using blueface with digiweb and have had no problems until a few weeks ago-now whereas i can hear the caller perfectly they cannot hear me. I am about to ditch blueface but before i do is anyone else using blueface/digiweb on the 3rock mast experiencing problems?. voip tests state that qos @32% is unable to produce a constant stream of data.
the blueface tester shows packet loss and readily confirms the callers experience.

I've experienced the same problem since about mid December. Blueface adjusted my settings on their end but this has not fixed the problem. I have no problems with Internet connectivity or my Digiweb phone. I've redirected blueface calls to my Digiweb number until things improve.
