Wondering the same thing myself. Just came from the site. At about €2.80 per bottle it's not exactly cheap, but if you consider that the beer is all new (without a distributor in Ireland) and the small volumes, it actually is quite attractive.

Would be interested in knowing if anyone has tried any of the beers to date (and if the post actually deliver them....)

They seem to be delivered from Germany so I'd wonder if they'd survive An Post or would they arrive as a pile of glass and liquid? Or would they just drink them down in the distribution center? :-D

Hello everyone,

I would like to answer your question regarding the delivery and breakage, all bottles are properly packed and shipped from Germany to Ireland on a pallet, not with a standard parcel service and in Ireland they are delivered by a courier service which handles them with care. If it should happen that you receive a broken bottle we will of course replace it.

The last post on this thread was over 12 months ago, and the last post on the thread that german-beer.ie pointed to, which seemed to suggest that they had gone out of business, was from 18 months ago. Seems likely that the site has indeed gone down, then, eh?
