I was just wondering a few things about SSIA accounts.

I know they started in 2001.

when do the accounts finally mature?

also is this a one off thing or will there be more?

They mature 5 years after opening.

They are a 1 off (so far).

61 months. You will get it at the end of the month you started. There is a thing for pensions for people who earned less than €50K whereby you can get 25% in the 1st year if you start a pension. It also applies if you have an SSIA and start within six months of encashing the SSIA.
