The structure is bad and the standard 'mixed'. This tournament fills me with a deep seated rage every time I play it. You have been warned...

The jackpot has it's rather excellent €100+10 double chance. 4,000 + 4,000 with half hour levels the whole way through. The only level removed is the 75 / 150 level.

The tournament generally attracts a few decent players and there is plenty of play. I recommend it. 8pm start.

Given the fact that you are the type that wears trendy buttoned blazers (buttons never, ever to be used), have an active interest in maintaining a "wine cellar" - and gave your kid a trendy Irish name: I have a feeling that we would have to agree to disagree on this particular question...:D

dude, you have been grievously misinformed about my lifestyle......if you ever see me in a blazer you can beat me to death with your oversized earphones

the wine drinking is more socially acceptable than drinking meths, the end result is the same....;)

I will admit that the action in the jackpot seems to be fairly mental!!!

But you would have a better chance at winning the Fitz, no? I.E. Better players at Jackpot.

If you want to make money play a cash game. If you want a good enjoyable game - choose a tournament with a good structure allowing for some play against players that will test and challenge you. Plus, there will probably be an overlay so it is automatic value for money.

This is just my way of looking at things - I dislike playing the donks in shallow stacked €50 games. To win you must play mechanical ABC poker, and I would prefer to test myself and possibly develop by playing against decent players. I will also find that to be a more entertaining way of spending an evening.

I love the donks in a cash game now - because I only want to win a few bob when I sit down and don't mind playing like a boulder to do it. :p

Could you be any boulder you brat, kicking a poor defenceless chair when you get rivered. That's the type of carry on we expect from a ganster-rap hoodie. . No wonder they want to ban them. .. HOODIES!! are wannabe gettoboyz. What's wrong with a smart gansey and a neat pair of socks.
I blame America, when I was growing up Dubs spoke like Dubs and Culchies spoke like culchies, now they all speak like extras in friends and dress like Eminem......WE soooo do not...Duuuude.... Makes me mad enough to high kick a bar stool. ;):D

The Double Chance is a bad tournament. A Fitz freezeout would be much better quality, less all-in messing, and better players. The Double Chance usually sees 1 or 2 guys getting a mountain of chips so they have more chips than every1 else put together. Blinds go up v.quickly, and starting stack bit small.

Didn't head into this last night, forgot Lost was on. Anyway probably wouldnt have after hearing the comments on it. I'd much prefer a 50 freezout too wth decent stacks. 100 in the jackpot sounds good but its a bit out of my price range at this stage, gonna make the 20 f/o on thurs hopefully.
