The sound on my computer tends to knock itself off every now and again. Especially when i'm playing music or games. The song will keep playing but nothing is coming out. Anybody any ideas what to do???

Fairly likely it is a loose cable.

Cables from the sound card jack at the back of your computer to the speakers more likely.

not if its onboard sound. More likely a wire from the back of your pc to the speakers. just unplug them all, and plug them back in. Making sure they are firmly in.

well it must be the drivers so, cos the cables are defo secured in at the back.
