    Hey There,

I only started working here in August of this year. I got my tax sorted with the tax office. At the end of the year is it possible for me to claim back the tax credits for the weeks I wasnt working or am I now paying less tax because I havent used them all?

I'd say your paying less tax as you haven't used your allocation for the tax year 2006. Essentially, you've 1 yrs credits to use in 4 months.

My GF is in a similar position, she was out of work for a few months, and now she's back paying very little tax.
