    I bought reubens books this week and had a bit of read of it last night. Can anyone advise me how to read this book properly ( i feel stupid asking this already so feel free to rub it in)

    My default in this spot is to start at page 1 and read through til the last page, occasionally re-reading if I feel its necessary.

    This is the one with the multiple choice questions isn't it? Get a pencil and do all the questions. Read the correct answers and realise where you went wrong or that Reubens answer doesn't apply to the Fitz/online. Sherbert -> Ship.

    tight and passive seems to be working for me, when i'm sober!!

    build up a table image and then use it to your advantage to take pots down on the river. there will be calling stations all the way to the river so there really is no point in bluffing til then.
