    In a video that's somewhat reminiscent of an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting, Dell tech support people share with us how different it is supporting customers from the "blogosphere" through the Direct2Dell blog: http://www.direct2dell.com/one2one/archive/2006/11/19/3648.aspx They all look unhappy, tired and as if they'd rather be somewhere else. I think I can guess why. :)

    Seems normal, even a little optimistic. Odd the way the life hasn't been sucked out of them completely.
