Whilst procrastinating the other day when meant to be doing an essay, i bought in for the min to a 10c 20c PLO game. Anyway after messing around for a bit i built it up to about $40, then lost it. It was the first time i've played omaha for cash at all before and i really enjoyed despite not having a clue what i was doing. So what im looking for is pure beginners tips for PLO. Anyone got a top ten? Cheers...

sounds like you're doing fine, its just a game of percentages like any other.
count your outs, watch your limits, check your tilt and chocks away!
(if I think I'm ahead by 5% and am playing low limit then I bet the max power out of it.)

My tip that I knew anyways but ignored yesterday (again) is that it can sometimes be correct to fold the nut straight on the flop if you have absolutely no redraw on a flushdraw board if you are deep and there are a couple of people showing interest.

(I nearly got out of my hole in the Fitz though, got to within spitting distance)

your nuts wes - its great to play if your running poor in holdem - there are so many outs you can justify almost any call.. and remember you will always have "loive cards" ;)
