Hey sory if this is the wrong place.
im just wondering where i stand with regards getting back shipping costs on returns if the item is found faulty? obviously they do not have to pay me if it was a mistake by me but i returned a DOA motherboard and it cost 40 quid to post back for returns :/. Am i entitled to getting shipping costs refunded? the site is pixmania

Is the below useful to you? From their website.
    WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Who pays for return shipping fees ?

When your product malfunctions and our technical analysis reveals that the malfunctioning is covered under warranty, we will reimburse you for shipping fees.
Please keep a record of your shipping fees and send us a copy, indicating your order number, via postal courier at the following address:

    Pixmania Customer Service
43-47 avenue de la Grande Armée
    75016 Paris
    France

NB: In the event that the malfunctioning is not covered by the warranty (for accidents, shocks..), shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

You'll have to haunt them for the money thats the only problem though, I had to return a faulty monitor back to them which cost about 55 euro at the time to ship back and I got it in writing from them that I'd get a refund - still took about 6 weeks to get it beyond my regular refund though. I got the item refunded back to the credit card and then the shipping costs refudned by IBAN bank transfer.
