    Setanta Ireland is currently viewable on ch 429 on an inactive Irish Sky card (presumably) on an active one also, and also on a UK FTV card on channel 434.

    Not available without a viewing card in the receiver.

    It happens all the time. Deliberate short term teasers to get you to sign up. Disney does it too. Film four used to do it, but of course they now FTA.

    Ah right, was not aware that Setanta were at this game also now.

    I suppose it makes sence alright, especially now that they have aquired the Golf rights from Sky and the fact that whats going out free at the moment is the Ned bank golf challenge, and with them lauching their own Setanta Golf channel in January.
