I persume if you had any reads on villan you would have said.

I like to call here as you are getting 2-1 on your money and i think their is a very good chance you have the best of it.

Me thinks if he was ahead of you preflop he would have pushed
so i think you can rule out AK and any pair
if he had a ten he is pushing on the flop unless he is trying to trap although unlikely also if he did have a 10 why would he push now flushdraw ? doubt it

i see villians range as broadway hands

AK and most likely AQ out plus as i said a pair and any broadway hand containg a 10 also out
possible A rag which has not hit

Also as he is low on chips and most likely desperate and as you did not bet flop i think it is reasonable to assume you are still ahead may have a flush draw

This is impossible to answer without information on the villain. You're assuming that he missed the flop, I take it? So now the question is, what does he call with pre-flop, and pushes now that you're ahead of. Say he calls and pushes with AJ, KQ, that you're ahead of, but also with 22, 33, 66, 77, that you're still behind. That's 24 AJ, KQ combs that you're ahead of, and 24 pair combs that you're behind, so calling is good getting 2/1 on your money.

But you don't know (or give) any of this. Need more information.

Although I've a feeling you called and he had KQ.
