Problem connecting to Net

    Hey

    Parents are with Utv and they have a voyager 210 ADSL Router

    Everthing is fine until now

    Turn on router and the normal lights come on ie Power,USB and DSL

    However then when they go to connect onto net it wont ????

    However they can only connect when the Internet light comes on the router??

    I thought it was only when the DSL light comes on they they would connect

    Have not reset the router but have upgraded it with latest software

    As for Utv support my little nephew knows more

    Any ideas ?

    if you can, try conencting via ethernet if possible, its far more reliable and compatible, all you need is an ethernet port ( NIC Card / port ) on your PC and connect it via that.

    when you upgraded the software on it, it might have changed settings which prevent it from loggin into your DSL account from UTV, so double check those via its adminstration webpage

    I reset the router and then tried to login to it via 192.168.1.1 but kept getting page cannot be displayed

    Then after a while it works ? The password and vpi settings are ok and its at pppoe So not sure if its the router itself

    What should I be looking for in the admin webpage
