Amaryllis Bulbs from Lidl

Did anybody else buy these bulbs from Lidl , about 3 weeks ago , mine is planted in a warm place but not a budge out of it yet . I did wonder about it as the leaves appeared to have been cut off ( rather than dried off ) , do they need a rest period before they bud? PJQ

they flower once a year, usually may and december, yours may have frowered and the leaves cut, you will find out in time
