    Hi

So I'm gonna be going from Cork to Dublin near the end of January.Do the prices of the flight get lower as you get closer to the time?Because right now it'slike 45 euro whereas I flew a few weeks ago for 26!

    Cheers
    Mike

Mongo where did you get those prices, I have just checked the Ryanair website and from Jan 23rd to 30th., all flights show as 99 cent. from Cork to Dublin.

Ya 99 cent per flight but with taxes etc it comes to alot more.

Taxes and charges come to €23.02 and total is €24.01 each way.
You dont say if it was a return or a one way you booked last time.
If you got a return with Ryanair for €26 euro then the taxes must have
increased a hell of a lot since your last flight.

Aer Arann will take you for €24 saving you one cent!
And you get a cup of coffee:)

Train is twice as expensive and takes way longer.Last time I flew return for 26 and now I'm being quoted at 42.Ah well I guess it's still a good price

Train takes 2h40. Arrive at station 10 minutes in advance. Arrive in Ciy Centre in another 10 mins.

Plane takes around 50 mins. Arrive in airport at least 45 minutes in advance. Be searched. Land in North Dublin. Take 15 mins to get out of airport and at least 45 mins in on the bus.

Not much in it time wise.
