Is anyone else watching This Life on BBC2 circa 00:20 ?

I watched this first time around in 96 and thought it was brilliant. I thought it would have aged a lot, but it's still very good, the scriptwriting is excellent

Bit sad that of all the actors the only one I'd now recognise as having made it is martn freeman (Tim from The Office), who had about a 2 minute cameo in the series.

I remember when this was on originally too. Most dullest, boring, slow-moving programme ever. Actually bordering on the depressing side, its even worse than The Office(i didnt think that was possible). It comes as no surprise to me that 1 of the cast was in the Office. Why is it even being re-run.

'Egg' is in Teachers and a few movies...that club/drug one springs to mind..can't remember the name of it but it wasn't great.

And you need to have a wit about yourself to understand how good the Office is, obviosuly you're fairly witless Nuttzy.

He was (Pragatan?) in Sky Onc's Dream Team a few years back.

Who from This Life was in the office? I've been overdosing on the US Office recently so they're the only faces that come to mind

Oh god, can't think of his name but he was the guy who sat next to the skinny blonde fella, fancied the dipsy blonde receptionist....

i take it you've never seen either Pirates of the Carribean Movie as Jack Davenport who plays Miles is actually doing quite well these days, after a run in the stcom coupling he starred in these two movies as well as other movies and tv movies

Tony Curran (Lenny, the red-haired guy) is doing quite well for himself. He was the baddie-Vampire in Underworld Evolution, amongst other things.

Most of the actors appear to be doing quite well for themselves.

His names in the first post. I always thought Jack Davenport was doing well for himself. Coupling was a great show and as JR said Pirates of the Carribean.

I saw "Milly"(Amita Dhiri)the other night on an episode of Holby City.
