    folks

I am doing a course in school with the transition years about sports nutrition... what you should be eating etc etc

I had a dvd one time with rich frankllin a documentary about how he trains, what he eats etc etc etc but i cant find it and anyways it didnt play on the dvd player

does anyone have any dvds showing fighters/boxers anyone training and EATING for fights... if they do any chance of a lend of it for a week, or any good web sites you might have that so with this sort of thing....

    thanks paddy

    hello
www.indi.ie, has a little downloadable fact sheet about sports nutrition on the right hand side, its not bad, examples of pre and post training meals.

    as for websites try these:
    www.sportsdietitians.com
    www.eatright.org
    www.gssiweb.com
no dvds of any fighters commenting on diet im afraid.

no probs paddy, heres another one, www.sini.co.uk, look under services, sport science and then nutrition, again just general nutrition info about sports and recovery etc, and www.ais.org.au/nutrition has a few bits and pieces in it too.
    ciaran
