router, airport express dialup woes costing alot of money!

Hi all

i have a problem here that hopefully someone will have a solution.
My setup is that i have a isdn box(eircom plug 'n' play) connected to a isdn router (draytek vigor 2000) with the ethernet cables connected to 2 computers running mac os x 10.4 and one connected to a airport express acting as a wireless access point.

problem 1)how can i stop mac os x from connecting to the internet when i turn on the computer and when it wakes up because my phone bills has gone up (caused by the computer connecting to the net)

problem 2)when i connect to the internet on my laptop via the airport express the airport connects to the net but when i stop browsing or even turn off my airport on the laptop, when i check the router the airport express hasnt disconnected from the net.

i have observed all this activity on the router and the only solution is to manually disconnect the wire from isdn box to the router which quite frankly is a pain in the arse,anybody have the same problems or am i alone?mac os x seems to presume that i have broadband but i dont which IMHO is stupid!!!:mad:

ps:still waiting for poxy eircom to have broadband in the area,,prob get it 3000ad!:rolleyes:
