    ok need a bit of help.. ive been working for the last 5 years for the old man but now im in college and about to get a proper job... anyway he allways sorted out my tax stuff.. and every 6 months or so a letter from the tax office came through and i looked at it and stored it away... anyway i m starting a new job soon in town and at the interview he said do i have a p45 and i said no... ( attually i have no idea what it is or what it does) so how do i get one???? and do i need it?
