    sitting here in work, my desk is in a prefab building & the wind outside is nearly tearing the roof off :eek:

    gonna be a fun drive home...

    At least your bike is probably heavier than you.

    Mine's only 78kg and I weigh more than that - top heavy FTW.

    You don't have to cycle :(

    It's only about 3 miles, but when you're cyclig westwards it feels like 10

    I used to cycle before getting the Bandit... The funny thing about cycling in Ireland is that you're always cycling INTO the wind! Even when you do a 180°! :eek: I used to hate wind even more than rain!

    i still hate the wind, much more that the rain, at least with the rain you know its gonna be wet, so you just take it easier on braking & cornering. but with the wind its completely unpredictable

    I went for a scoot arround this anfternoon and it was.....interesting. Almost got blown over a couple of times waiting at the lights.
