I worked for the first 4 months in 2005 and was taxed. I've no P60 from that company. Can I apply for the refund now or do I have to wait until 2007?

Did you ever get your P60 from the company ?

You can apply for 2005's returns in 2006. Actually I'd do it sooner rather than later before the rush for next year takes place.

No, have been moving around a lot and changing addresses so I guess I missed it. What do I need to apply? P50 only covers this year doesnt it, so I suppose its a matter of making a phone call.
