    Hi all,

    Looking for 85ft of skirting approx 5inches in height....any ideas on where to get the cheapest??plain will do...and any ideas on price?

    I bought 14.5 metres of profiled skirting board in B&Q last week for a little more than €50, but there was much cheaper types available - including white MDF which required no painting.

    As mentioned above, at B&Q, you can buy 10metres of "Ogee" Skirting board for approx. €25. It comes in 4 x 2.5metre lengths. DOes the job fine.

    Isnt the B&Q stuff quite small though?
    i.e. less than 5inches?
    I got some in doors & floors,
    its red deal and about 4 inches high x 3m
    It think its about €9, but cant remember (bought so much different stuff lately!)
