Struggling to figure the best line for this hand.
Guy is very tight based on past experience but hes only joined the table now. For example he once checked behind AA on the river because a gutshot runner runner straight draw may have hit and he said he was afraid of it. Anyways…

I make it 26 in CO with JJ, villain calls BB, both have roughly 450.

    Flop(55) AJ8 2dimaonds: He checks, I bet 30, he min raises to 60.
Normally I bet more here but was hoping to look weak. I just flat call the check-raise

Turn(175) 9, making 2spades on board. Villain bets 96, I dwell and push remaining 250 in, he folds.

Ok so best line for this hand:
3bet Flop – If so how much? Do we make AQ fold, even maybe 2pair fold?
Call/Call turn – Do we lose action if scare card hits?
Call/Reraise turn – My line, but maybe not an allin? How about a mini-reraise??

Versus tighty here the best line is to let him do the betting.
If you raise him at any stage and your raise is anything more than a min raise he will drop anything but the nuts.
I think this is one place where a min raise may be appropriate but depending on how tight he is I donno if its worth it.
Let him bet the hand for you and just call .to be honest I wouldn’t even raise him on the river if his that tight. The fact is that he doesn’t like to put money in unless he has the nuts or very close to it.
You make money out of him not with your big hands but your marginal and crap hands by just raising him.
I would imagine he has something like AJ here or AK and he still folds to your raise.
