DSL in Cork

    Has anyone noticed that the DSL in the Greater cork area is gone dead slow again, Eircom have acknowledged a fault again !!

    Im with BT in the west cork area with dead slow speeds :(

    I'm 8 miles outside Bandon using wireless broadband and my speed is fine? (Touching nearest piece of wood!!! :D )

    Wireless will not be affected, only DSL using phone lines, anyone else affected ?

    I beg to differ, my broadband goes through churchfield to get to the internet same as the phone line dsl.

    well when you say wireless I persumed you were using Rapid or AHC networks and not using getting DSL through a phone line, sorry

    Yes wireless links often meet DSL lines along their way
