Everytime I open "My Computer" it just says searching for items and nothing appears, or if the drives do its after like 10 mins of searching?

    Any ideas?

Whats your OS, and how long have you had the PC. Sounds like old age could be settling in.

You could try turning off Indexing on the drive, see if it makes any difference. Right click on the drive of your choice, and untick "Allow Indexing Service to index this disk..."

Seems to be ok now, odd! Hope it wasn't some random virus thing. Its not an old PC only put it together last year. One hard drive is 3 years old another is 6 months and the last one is only like a month old.
