Home game played last night 3 players in the pot:
    Player 1 dealer
    Player 2 sb
    Player 3 Bb.

There's about 6 left, 3 getting paid, blinds starting to catch the short stacks, anyway probably irrelevant, I'll cut to the chase.

Bit of raising preflop left the 3 in, flop q 9 j.

    Player 2 checks.

    Player 3 bets roughly pot,

Dealer folds, thinking he was the only other person in the pot he peeled the turn out of curiosity. As he is doing this Player 2 is moving all in. It's an ace.

Whats the ruling? Does player 2's all in stand? Is the original turn used or burnt?

Not sure if this s clear so any q's ask, cheers.

Just another quick q, what prize structure would you use for 12 players in, 180 in the pot.

The all in stands - burn and turn th river face down and reshuffle the deck including the A and put out a new turn if he gets called.

Cheers, we ended up on just burning the ace, which in hindsight was stupid as the player contemplating the call had nothing but ace high, theres an out for him gone.
