    Hi,

my sister (11 years old) is getting a DS for christmas - she is getting nintendogs with it. I want to get her another game as a present - could anyone recommend a game? Was thinking of maybe getting her sims (she likes it on the PC) or maybe Bomberman DS (cause i liked it on the snes!!)

    Any idea's appreciated - thanks!

    K

    Animal Crossing,
    Mario Kart,
    Mario and Luigi,
    New Super Mario Bros,
    Sonic Rush

    All great games. :)
The sims is different on the DS to it is on the pc so far as I know, but could be wrong. Dunno about Bomberman though, not heard much about it

    Yoshi's Island 2 or
    Elite Beat Agents

Those are two of the newer games on the DS, both are excellent, and would also be playable from your own point of view ;). The games DamoElDiablo mentioned are older games, and I'd only consider those if they were cheap (not they are bad games though).
I didn't like The Sims on the DS, nowhere near the gameplay of the PC version

what kind of games does she like other than muck like the sims?
Elite Beat Agents is definitely a good choice
