    Hi I am writing an essay on the accesability of media,
    and need to know if it is possibe for the average computer literate individual to copy playstation games or xbox games just using his/her laptop and free software, I know it's possible for dvd's thanks.

    i imagine he meant that you can copy a game for under 50 euros which is in or around the market price for games.

    Nah, i meant less than €50 for modding the machine to play the copied games. Copying a game costs you about 20 mins of your life and the 50 cent it costs for the blank media. I assume anyway, i dont do it myself :p

    You forgot to add in "it's not for me, it's for a friend"...

    Copying games w/out buying is bad for developers. Shame on you all!

    Pc games are very easy. A iso, A copy of sd4hide, and key generator. And a program like alcohol 120% or deamon tools to mount the media.

    console games are a bit harder. As the console usually has to have a mod chip soldered to the board.

    Older consoles are harder. But you can get the roms from the net with ease.
