    A few possibilities.

Misalignment. I guess this would cost circa €50 to re align.
LNB faulty. This would probably cost between 60-100
Cable faulty due to break or water ingress.
Digibox faulty. Cost of a new box.

I think Sky charge something like €120 as a standard fee to fix system. This will cover whatever is faulty, be it receiver or just misalignment.

You could argue with them on the phone for a concession/free by threatening to cancel, though this isn't always guaranteed to work.

You can get a signal locator and do it yourself if you have the skills for about 20 Euro. Lidl/Aldi have them when they are selling free to air dishes or you can look online.

It isn't hard to do. Done it for Satellite broadband, free to air etc.. myself.

I had a similar problem after the storms too. I ended up plugging it out for 5 mins and reversing the sat cable and it did the trick!
