Sounds like another money making scam to me. Who is she? Where does she train? Whats her fight record? We all know that you dont need to buy a DVD to learn how to hit hard. Just go down to your local Muay Thai, Boxing, Kyokushin, MMA etc, and youll learn just fine.

Hmmm, I thought this was going to be something else.:)

Anyway I'm sure all of that is true, and as such I'm going to put the important parts in bold as I've learned to do in my how to sell on the internet to uninformed people self help programme. I'm being lighthearted but actually this kind of thing make me sick.

She is McGrath's wife. She trains/trained at Pankration Kickboxing academy in limerick [I googled her lol] I think videos and DVDs can be useful to supplement someone's current training but you are right it shouldn't be used to replace genuine training.

I had serious MMA fighters in bangkok fight club ask me seriously about the Irish Bareknuckle Boxing Style.... it was fooking embarassing. they were serious! I had to explain its sort of plastic paddy stuff americans buy and we irish MA people consider it a joke.... I am not sure if they believed me!!!!??!!!!

No offense to alll the hard training girls here, but have you ever seen an untrained naturally not agressive women trying to punch?
I did and they need years to get rid of their natural unability to form a proper fist and hit a proper strike. (unless they got trained from an early stage on) (or maybe they have learned the deadly five palm strike form an old chinese master who lives in the wu dang mountains?)

Its not only the physical unability and the unawareness of an applicable effective technic, its also the mental state, the natural barrier of not beeing able to beat somebody.
There are lots of women who think they can really seriously injure somebody with what they have learned by some money hungry "self defence" guru who made them believe this is gonna work on the street.

Nope...not involved...just for the record!

But I would have no problem producing and selling such a DVD myself!

The steady flow of income into my bank account would delight me!

I could spend more time sitting on the beach! LOL!

The American "self help" market love this kind of stuff, so anyone who cuts themselves a piece of the action... fair play to them! Their making money, while eveyone else is slagging them!

In fact I have some small internet bizs that make be a few or more euro a month, and I do not as much (aside from setting them up) have to lift a finger...they all automated! hardest work is going to the ATM to take the cash out! ;-)

Woman teaching KO Punches and now doing MMA ...some of them will want to be growing mickeys next, to out do us men. soon we will not be needed anymore in the species chain.
